    1. Wow nmn natumbok mona lhat friendship e mgdadagdag nlng akong konti s mga topics mo.
      1. Prayer- Make prayer a priority! And everytime u feel lonely or down hold the rosary and pray lalu na pg d makatulog s gabi make it a habit to pray the rosary at kng dmo man mtpos at mkatulugan ask ur guardian angel to finish it for u. Even when ur on ur way to work lalu na s mga klngan png bumyahe bgo mkarating sa workplace make it a habit to pray the rosary while on the way. Kung hndi mo man memorize ang bawat mysteries try to google them.
      2. Family- Communicate often and make them ur source of strength, make them ur reason y u left and go abroad. Avoid family members who will just communicate when they ask for something instead of lifting ur emotions! Sabihin mo dka tumatae ng pera!😜✌🏻
      3. Friends- Choose ur friends wisely, not all friends are willing to be with u in times of lonesome and or depression. Some friends will just be there for fun but the moment u share ur emotions they will leave u. Seek religious friends and involve urself in a religious community that will help u grow spiritually.
      4. Write ur journal/diary- Yes make a happy box and a worry or lonely box.
      A happy box- write every memories that makes u happy in the past or at the present keep them in ur bedside and read them everytime u feel sad.
      A lonely/worry box-write everything that makes u worry or lonely and pray for them, surrender tham all to GOD. Ask His grace to help u cope up with all ur worries.
      Above everything PRAYER is our only weapon! Pray, pray, pray! Never get tired of praying kahit npagbigyan na lhat ng hiling mo be greatful and praise Him for everything.

    2. Araw2 akong nahohomesick pero sineset aside ko un at nilalaban para d ako pa masyadong maapektuhan lalo na trabaho ko kaya minsan sa social media ko nlng nilalabang sarili ko para d ako masyadong mahomesick🙂
