This house is a product of 16 years of hard work in Saudi Arabia . The construction of his house took 2 years and has an estimated cost of Php 3.3 million or an average cost of Php 17,400 per square meter. Currently, most building contractors especially in big cities and Metro Manila area are charging Php 20,000 to 25,000 per square meter.

The house has a floor area of 190 sqm. Its interior consists of four bedrooms, living room, kitchen, three bathrooms, lanai and garage.

    2. Wow! Daming ilaw na nakasindi. Magastos yan sa kuryente…lol! Tutal gumastos na kayo ng 3.3 M, bakit hindi niyo gastusan na bumili ng solar panel para menos sa electric bill? Suggestion lang po para makatipid ng kuryente. Mabuti kahit paano, nakaipon kayo ng ganyang halaga para sa 2 storey house. Yun iba ay puro lang gastos dito, gastos doon, pa-goodtime, kaya wala din ipon. Ang iba nga sumasahod pa ng more than 100k a month or more pa pero waldas at laging updated ang mga gadget kaya tuloy wala din naipon at nagpasarap. Nice house, actually. Medyo napamahal lang dahil pinagawa niyo sa isang building contractors. Sana, matibay ang pundasyon. Minsan kasi, kaganda-ganda ang facade, tagiliranat likuran at good materials pero yun foundation ay tinipid at kulang sa mga bakal o nagtipid ba? Sana hindi at binantayan niyo habang ginagawa.

      Assuming the cost of the lot was not included, I would say this property is significant loaded/overpriced.

      I admit that in part that may be due to location and standard of finish, but knowing what I know, and properties I've commissioned… I would put this property finished to a modest but high standard with appliances but unfurnished, way below 3.3million peso.

      Depending on location and logistic and a few other factors, I would be able to build this house for approx 800k- 1million less.

      With added agency fees and construction company profits… I can imagine it costing the price shown.

    4. Alangan naman me pambili bahay tpos aircon wla mga engot mag isip mga to, ok nman design ng bahay,un loob lang mdyo d mgnda ang ayus,iba tlga pag interior designer ang mag ayus ng bahay ,khit panget ang bahay napapaganda nila

    5. 3 million pero ang liit ng sala at yung tiles ng hagdanan ang pangit pagkagawa d man lang ginitna yung pagka-cut ng tiles. malaki tingnan sa labas pero ang loob mukhang ang liit ng space

    6. ok naman po ang bahay may mga mali lang sa design.. well at least naitayo na ang pinagpaguran nya at may sarili na syang bahay, di tulad ng iba..

    7. Kahit matagal bago natupad ang iyung dream houses Di ka sumoko kaya congratulations sayo kabayan ako 4yrs na sa abroad ang nabili kulang na lupa 100sq meter.hesus me Kayhirap mag ipon single palang ako anu pa kaya pag my pamilya pa.nganga nalang.

    8. Ang karamihan sa mga Tao ay puro inngit at mapaghusga..Minsan naman kung magpapakita ka ng ika iingitan ng Masa ayusin mo na !!kasi kung ipagyayabang mo lang sa Tao at may mapupuna..huwag mo ng ipapakita and be Humble always..
